Parents’ AssociationThe Parents'
Association (APE) is a non-political and non profit making organisation which
all parents can join. It aims to help families by informing them of what is
happening at the school. The Parents’ Association offers a number of services
such as evening child care, a telephone directory, calendars, information
bulletins, T-shirts. The Parents’ Association regularly provides financial
support for the purchase of equipment or for various school activities (e.g.
school trips, concerts, cultural activities). It also sets up a fund to give
financial help to families in need. For further information on the

Communications with ParentsAs the school is quite small, communications between parents and teachers are informal and relaxed. Each class teacher meets parents at the beginning of the academic year and presents the teaching program for the year as well as the class timetable. Private meetings with teachers may also be arranged, upon request, throughout the year. Regular information will also be communicated through the child’s class book.
