Timetable and holidays

The school opens its doors at 8:50 (8:30 for pre-school care). Class begins at 9:00 sharp. The maternelle classes finish at 15:55 and the primary classes at 16:00 (except on Wednesdays when they finish at 11:55 and 12:00 respectively).

There is no school on some Wednesdays .The school follows the French holidays (same dates as the French Lycée Charles de Gaulle in London). There is no school on English bank holidays.

Timetable 2007-2008

• Start of school year : 5 September 2007

• Autumn half term: Friday 19 October 2007 after classes to Monday 5 November 2007, morning

• Christmas holiday: Friday 21 Décember 2007 after classes to Monday 7 January 2008 , morning 

• Winter half term: Friday 15 Février 2008 after classes to Monday 3 March 2008, morning

• Easter holiday: Friday 11 Avril 2008 after classes to Monday 28 April 2008, morning

• End of school year: 1^er July 2008 after classes.

Jours fériés hors des vacances scolaires : Friday 21 March, Monday 24 March (Easter), Monday 5 May 2008 (bank holiday), Monday 26 May 2008 (Bank holiday)

"free" Wednesdays:  19 September 2007, 10 October, 21 November, 12 December, 23 January 2008, 2 April, 14 May, 27 (Tuesday) and 28 May, 11 June and 25 June.

Canteen

Canteen lunches are obligatory. A warm meal is served daily (except Wednesdays) as well as a small morning snack for maternelle children. The canteen is managed by a sub-contractor, Chartwells.

Pre and post school care

To assist working parents, there is free pre-school care organised by the school which welcomes children from 8:20 to 8:45.

The parents' association organises post-school care for its members after school every evening from 16:00 to 17:45 (except Wednesdays). The price is presently £2.50 per hour.
